Shipping policy

2 to 3 business days to process the orders. (hot seasons will take extra days) Tracking information will be provided upon shipping.

Shipping Options: Standard, Priority Mail Service (1-3 days), Next Day Shipping, Priority International Express Mail (3-5 business days) during check out section.

All Urban Designer products covered for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. and we will issue and exchange for a new product, this does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or impact damage. 

We do ship worldwide. For regular international shipping, delivery time is from 10 to 20 business days according to different destinations. For international Express mail (includes insurance), delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Canada 2 to 3 business days).
NOTE: Due to customs and duties, we are unable to return or exchange items outside of US and Canada. In addition, we are not responsible for any custom duty, and money that may be lost during the conversion rate process.
