Q. Is it safe to order from Urban Designer?
A: Yes it is safe with Urban Designer. We protect you from checkout to delivery and use the latest anti-fraud technology to help spot problems before they happen. We never reveal your financial info to sellers.
Q. Do you ship to other countries?
A: Yes, we do ship worldwide. For regular international shipping, delivery time is from 10 to 20 business days according to different destinations. For international Express mail (includes insurance), delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Canada 2 to 3 business days).
NOTE: Due to customs and duties, we are unable to return or exchange items outside of US and Canada. In addition, we are not responsible for any custom duty, and money that may be lost during the conversion rate process.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept every major credit and debit card including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also you can check out via Paypal (Note: once you choose Paypal, you don't need to have a Paypal account, just simply enter your credit card information).
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Regular order takes 2 to 3 business day to process order and ship out, within the U.S. Regular/Free shipping takes 3-5 days, Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 days, and Next day shipping. International shipping takes 10 to 14 days, International Express takes 3 to 5 business days.
Personalized Engraving Service (On watch back), need 1 to 2 business days to make it..

Q. Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed, or items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when it was shipped. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days (15% restocking fee may apply).
To expedite exchanging for different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us . Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Urban Design will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Online Returns do not apply to the following items:
• International returns.
• Non-USD currencies.
• Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
• Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
• Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
• Engraved items.
We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items.
Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Urban Design has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. If you made a purchase of $1000 or greater using a bank wire, and are an International customer, your refund will take approximately 3 weeks from the date of the return's receipt. For bank wire purchases under $1000, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account they originated from.
Q. Do you accept last minute order?
A: Yes, we do and we will try our best to make it in time. Please mention the date you need on the note to seller during check out session.
Q. Are wooden watches durable?
A: Yes, Wooden Watches are durable!
Wooden watches are not only durable and beautiful. Wood is a very earthy material, and people who wear wooden watches over time will begin noticing that the color tends to evolve. Watches made of metal start to wear down over time, whereas wooden watches essentially look better the longer you wear them.
Q. Are wooden watches waterproof?
A: Wooden Watches are more water resistant than waterproof. No watches made of wood components is completely waterproof. Wood is an organic medium that reacts to water. Wood watches do not have an acrylic or resin coating which could prevent the wood from reacting to water.
Q. How do I get my Own Handwriting Engraved?
A: Please select "Yes" on Engraving options to place order. After place order, please take photo of your handwriting on white paper with good lighting send to us with your order number to email@example.com , please be aware of the shape of watch back to get better layout.
Q. How do you adjust the band on wooden watches?
A: Due to people have different wrist size, you might need to adjust your watch by removing extra links. We always recommend having this professionally done (any jeweler or watch store, 99% free), but if you do this yourself, please have the correct tools for the job, and be careful.
Q. How I get that husband quote that is on the back of the picture Anniversary tab with the watch ....I want everything exactly the same on the back of this watch?
A: Please select "yes" on engraving options and place your order. Afterwards please send us email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photo/screenshot of the engraving you want.
Q. How can I put different engraving message on each individual watch if I order several?
You can go to the item page, select "YES" on engraving options, put engraving message in the box under "What would you like engraved on your watch?" Then add to cart each time.

Q. Can wooden bands be resized?
A: Like tungsten rings, wooden rings cannot be resized as they are not malleable. Choose your ring size carefully prior to purchase. The best time of the day to measure your finger is at the end of the day when your fingers tend to expand.
In the case that the ring does not fit, your best option is to replace the ring. Finger sizes change over time, meaning that your ring may not fit as the years pass.
While replacing the ring is not expensive, there is the emotional tug knowing that you won’t be wearing the exact same ring from your proposal or wedding day.
From Urban Designer, you can exchange rings if it doesn't fit you well.
