Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/EDITS


We accept cancellations/edits of orders before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded. We are unable to cancel or edit your orders if they are already shipped.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

ELIGIBILITY
  • We hope you love what you have ordered! But just in case you are not satisfied, we accept returns on products. Customers can request the return within 30 days of the receipt of orders.
  • To be eligible for a return, your article must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase (order number). 
  • Engraved items can not be returned. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Online Returns do not apply to the following items:

• International returns.

• Non-USD currencies.

• Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.

• Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.

• Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.

• Engraved items.

THE RETURN PROCESS

If you are eligible for a return, please email us at info@urbandesigner.co to make a return request. Please include a brief note with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days (15% restocking fee may apply).

To expedite exchanging for different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us . Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Urban Design will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

*For return or exchange request, please write down your order number and return or exchange request and ship back with the items in the original boxes.


We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returns. You may use your own shipping method at your own cost. For defective items, we will send you return labels.
  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); 
  • In you purchased items during a promotion that allows free shipping, you will be informed of the return shipment costs (estimates may be given based on our own costs in shipping to customers). The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 


PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items.

Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Urban Design has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. If you made a purchase of $1000 or greater using a bank wire, and are an International customer, your refund will take approximately 3 weeks from the date of the return's receipt. For bank wire purchases under $1000, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account they originated from.
